Hooray, more progress.
This morning, someone offered to come and help and try the compressor and impact wrench on his truck to try and remove some of the last few stubborn rusted bolts under the car. Well, he was a big help, (the impact wrench and compressor not so much.)
We managed to remove the rear cross member which had the brakelines attached to it. Removing the bolts was the hardest part, the physical removal of it was easier than anticipated.
Now I just have to pay a visit to the happy powdercoater and see if it's worth stripping and pcoating, need to save some $ here and there if I can or this will get out of hand.
Removed cross member and other rusty crappy parts from the rear removed to date.
The bushings have seen better days

Progress Springs (the best all-around lowering springs for Saturn - not made by Progress in several years - scored them from a forum buy-in a member who bought 'em and never installed them) and some basic Monroe shocks/struts. I want a nice comfortable ride, which is why I am sticking with OEM bushings throughout, so NO Energy Suspension bushings here (yes a kit is available for this car), and the blasted, coated knuckles and brand new hubs. I'm expecting this car to feel like new.

Beefier, Progress rear sway bar(another forum buy-in item), lightly used, lateral arms, trailing arms from an Az salvage yard, completely rust-free, even the OEM bushings look new.
