Wow! Luck the guy didn't have any apparent injuries to him. Was a third vehicle involved in the accident too? First picture, tow truck with the white station wagon on the bed.

Look at the tow truck passenger's rear tires, are they next to the gas station pump or are they next to the curb, putting the tow truck on the street?

They're next to the curb... You can see its shadow if you look close...
Check out the guy in the vest by the pump, he's blocking the tail light of the white vehicle.
