Well, the videos didn't turn out. I was too far away to get much of the sound or get much detail on the cars ... or, most importantly, read the times and speeds..

You have to remember he is tuned
But keep in mind that they drive cars every day on the 1/4 mile.
They know what they are doing..
It's been at least 20 years since I have done any 1/4 mile stuff..
But I am pretty happy with it.
I was hoping for better times... but it was in the upper 80's ans I was having wheelspin issues.
Maybe I can do better if I do it in the fall when it is a little cooler..
I would like to see 14.99 out of it, but thats probably impossible...

Did any stills come out decent?
I bet some of Zem's did.. He had his good camera with him. I had anticipated being in the stands and either having to lug around the big, heavy camera bag.. or having it sit in the car and get hot. So, I left the "good" camera at home.. I figured the camera phone would do better, since we had so much light. But, it didn't seem to focus on anything that was over just a few feet away..
