Its starting to get hot out and my transmisson is running 15-20 degrees less than my water temp. That would be about 170 -175 on my trans temp. I have a small stock cooler. But what I'm thinking about doing is by-passing the radiator all together, with the trans fluid. Has anyone tried this and if so how did it work?

I'm starting to suspect some coming problems. I one thing I've never messed with is the transmisson. But its never to late. The reason I want to bypass the radiator is just see what the difference would be. I know its there to heat up the fluid, but with it being so hot out I would think it help keep it cooler.
