Dam it looks like it came with it from the factory good job. I remember I use to do things like that now here lately my back has been hurting me big times they want to cut me up again but I said no way. Example last weekend that we took a six hour trip one way the wife and I and I was running my radar detector and my battery ran out of my GPS well I just stopped at a Wal-Mart and bought a double plug for my cig lighter now my truck has extra ones I put on it many years ago but her MPV doesn't im going to get my son to wire up some extra cig plugs. The reason for taking her van was it makes better gas mileage than my truck. Keep up the good work.

Yeah I did noticed the speaker on the bottom and did thought that the sound would be affected once I buried it. I don't know how it sound cause I didn't connect it yesterday. But it did cross my mind to add a remote speaker before I complete the project.

Was thinking of doing that, can it be done? I'm not experienced or familiar with the vehicles's electronics but I'll run some YouTube videos to see how it's done.

maybe running wires to the aux port like the ipod.

As I mentioned b4 I haven't tested the sound on the CB Radio but since the speaker is now buried, I can certainly assume that my sound will not be all that good.

So, I was in my truck this morning contemplating where to add a couple of speakers and after a couple of minutes it dawn on me......

I saw this area in front of me and said to myself "hmmmm........"

Then I took the CB Radio Apart and removed the speaker....

Went back to my truck and placed it at the area I spoted a few minutes b4, placed the speaker on it and said, "mmmmmmm......I like that!"

I'll report later with the results.
