Why stop at a 383??? 454!!

I just took my mom for a ride and had to post this.

All I did was get on the interstate, get off, get back on, and get off.
I didn't have anyone behind me so I was doing about 25 and waited until I was almost straight. I stepped it down (and it went right away) into 1st gear. When it shifted into 2nd, the tires chirped and my mom said "Matthew, stop it. You're squeeling the tires. Between this and your exhaust, a cop is gonna get you." I started letting up at 70 and let it shift into OD by 75 (speed limit is 65) and slowed back down to 65.

She doesn't realize that I usually don't drive that way. I only did it to show her. I don't think she really cares or gives a crap that the truck runs AWESOME!!!

Plus sticking with a 383 means I don't have to change anything .

Just relax man . Give the poor guy a few days. God only knows how many emails he has waiting on top of his personal life and family (which always comes first; family that is).

He was stuck in Chicago last night due to weather. He is probably VERY backed up on emails, since he hasn't gotten to them since Thurs night, might be a few days depending on when you emailed him.
