i want just a slight hint of blue to them hence the 6000, and yes ive heard good reviews from ddm as well. i mean theyve got to be a decent company check out theyre website its a nice site. i just cant decide between slim or the older bigger ones. i just want some that will work lol

Go with the bigger ones. They have a lifetime warranty. You have plenty of room for them, trust me.

ok man thanks for all your help. i think the older ones are proven as well and the best is that theyre cheaper  :wookie:

NP, and yes, cheaper helps too!

and does anyone with a ddm kit have any trouble with it messing up their radio or radio signal?

no radio problems here, only the left headlight turns of on long trips, and the high beams flicker, but as said i have a ddm relay kit to install tomorow to rectify that problem.

5000k will colorshift and turn blue-ish anyway :D

Im starting to realy dis-beleive this, mine have gotten way whiter after 50+ hours. and my bro says the same thing, he has 6 HIDs....6k and 8k:dunno:

i think thats a canadian thing.......... lol but ive read your post about that. why is that you say that ive never heard anyone else say anything else about it.

No, it's a fact of HID's

As the gas gets used and the salts get burned up, the color will gradually shift.

Flourescent lights do the same, to a degree.

I spent time on HID Planet

Mayhap they've come further in time, but in general, colorshifting doesn't tend to turn blue-er until at least 100+ hours, if not more.
It depends on the quality of bulbs...

My Pilot HID kit shifted in less than 100 hours

well thats a bulb thing then. i think i saw where ddm bulbs are like 10 bucks so even if they do shift some then i could get new ones for fairly cheap.

I've never had a single problem without the relay kit across multiple vehicles.
