+1, he asks a few questions and does some shit. Takes you to the nearest on-ramp and tells you to floor it...then you're in awe at how different your truck takes off. Then you drive around some while he makes adjustments and asks a few more questions. All while gunning it a few times. He'll record a 0-60 if you want too. He knows his shit.

He asked me how often I tow and some basic questions like that. It seemed he could tell what you wanted, even if you don't know. I think he has ESPN or something.

I will add a big +1000000 on what everyone else has said. Just tell him your goals and uses of the truck and it will get done.

Trying to tell Justin how it should be tuned would be like telling your surgeon how perform your heart transplant.
