Dang she's come a long way in 50K. Nice job! I'm particularly impressed by the change in dyno numbers.

He's ... He's.... HE has ... The truck is a boy :fume:

aint no girl gonna spin me up and excite me the way this truck does :D

The dyno numbers weren't as big of a jump as I would have liked. I went from running pure stock to running w/ more air, better exhaust and a programmer. The Smarty SW5 tune is rated at 90hp. So I would have really liked to have seen a solid 100hp jump.

But the trans was pretty baked by that point. Just a few months later I had a new double-disk TC installed (stock one was flat BURNT ... trans tech who worked on it actually wanted to keep it to tear into it because he'd never heard one rattle as bad as mine did :loser:), the front and rear clutch packs were replaced, as was the 2-3 shift solenoid. So I'm sure my parasitic driveline loss was way over 25% on that pull.

With the air dog and the tightened trans I'm really hoping to bust into the 400 / 850 level with the next roll.

Nah they were both learning experiences. I'll take my lumps just the way they are. Plus battle scars are good conversation starters.

woot! met one ex because of my driver's door, and she left me because of the lack of front license bracket and slightly crunched bumper...:dunno:

not my fault her daddy backed his beamer into my bumper at 20 completely sloshed... my truck cost me less than the damage to his car, and i just lost my license plate bracket and a bumperette
