I see how you have yours dumping. But it looks like it is flush or behind the bed wall.

If you extend the tip a bit so the end of the tip clears the bed it wont get pulled up into the vents as easily.

I've had mine dumping out infront of the rear tire for a while now and never had an issue with exhaust fumes.

Here you can see that it extends past the bed a couple inches:

It's not much but having it point down and out really keeps the soot off my axle and the exhaust out of the cab

why is the underbody so clean?? leo better not see this..:nono:
 Yeah one thing is for sure, I'm not as rough on my truck as Leo is with his......but then again that's because something on the damn thing would break and cost me a fortune to fix/replace! Plus I am a little OCD when it comes to cleaning my truck

OK now I see what you're referring to. Mine is dumped straight down towards the road though.
Does your rear wheel get coated with soot???
I think I'll just move it to after the axle because if the truck is idling, it's still too close for comfort if people are standing at the cab.

 Boy, you know that is an understatement, comparing roughing up a truck to mine. If you compare it to Dave's then I would believe you. Plus I've never roughed up my truck, I beat the shit out of it, so much that I had to open a "list of damaged parts" thread. :)

Yes I will agree, you beat the shit out of your truck....wish I had the funds or the balls for that matter, to do it to mine

Yeah, remember when I met you guys behind the mall and jumped the curb, that would be considered roughing up. I don't think you would do that to your bird. :D

Yes I would..........well maybe:D
I honestly hate straight axle, I use to think it was better but I think IFS is much better in my personal experience. Or maybe its just my lift or who knows what, but when I go over a curb or a big speed bump, if I don't slow down and crawl over it, the whole truck will shake like hell. Feels like the whole suspension is loose, but I've checked all the bolts and they are good & tight. Maybe I have shitty shocks because they don't feel like the absorb crap, truck is very bumpy driving down the road.
Well that's enough of my rant.

Why are you guys talking about roughing up trucks and bringing mine into it :nono: I just punish mine on the street. And I do think my undercarrage is dirtier than your ty but only cause I can't gert to it. You can with that big ole truck. So leo wants to come to vegas but doesn't want to hang with me, so you gonna have time this week to meet up? Maybe wed night? I should open a vegas chat thread!!!
