Brian does not have the balls to go big...... So a stock 5.7l advanced auto built motor will have to do.

Well at least I am doing all the engine work myself instead of paying someone else to do it! :uhoh: :D

Hmmmmmm.... And I have over 200 hours in my paint, MYSELF. And I have a supercharged tahoe that I am not paying anyone else to do, oh yeah, and I get paid to do others engine work........ So when I want something done, I can afford to pay others to do it for me!

Speaking of which, you gonna help me get the motor out of the supercharged tahoe?

When and where are you going to do it? Did you get the GMC out of the Garage?

You need to start a build thread with pics of said Tahoe!!!! Shoot I havent even seen it yet! :D

I would like to get big green running before the weekends end.. But it looks like I will be at the state game Sat and then its game night at the friends... Oh yeah and I am suppose to grade a yard with the Bobcat... I am thinking that I wont have time to help my brother with his house....

GMC????? Are you trying to insult me??? I only have Chevrolets!! (except for the FORD (work truck)), but anyway, if you need help with the green monster, let me know. I think I will be taking the motor out at either steves or the body shop where it is sitting. I need to get it out so the state can remove the VIN numbers and work can get started. I may post a pic, but it is not impressive right now.

I know that I have been slacking but this is the last work that I have done on the old motor... As of yet the new motor is still sitting in the box.

Who needs an engine hoist.

You ain't lying that thing is a beast. Definately the best investment that we ever made..

It will live almost 1300lbs. It lifted that motor out of Big Green clearing the radiator core support with a problem!

If I could figure out how to get pics off of my phone I could have shared those with you guys last week. Since Brian keeps me in the loop.

Send it as a text message to your e-mail as option 1.

Or I usually draw them off my memory card.

These pictures are from my phone!
