:dunno:If only Parts Gorilla sold brake stuff.
Since everybody in the discount retail parts biz sells brake stuff, it's virtually impossible for us to buy that stuff for any less than they are selling it for. Items like that are very competitive. We are sticking to other less available types of parts that aren't sold at chain parts stores mostly... at least for now.

I have had a couple of minor issues with my 06 Silverado. The usual stuff, Evap vent solenoid, Transfer case encoder and Heated seats switch. Oh and the dreaded steering shaft "clunk". Minor stuff in my book, been a pretty solid truck over all.

Well I have a 800 but I have an annoying as hell brake squeal

Ceramic pads will fix it. I love those things. Put a set on my company car Ford Explorer at about 95K (it used to squeak at every stop). Haven't had to touch it since. I'm at 160K now and they are still nice and quiet. I bet I get another 30K out of them easily.

Not terribly expensive and worth every penny.

Not sure if this is true or not, it's what I read recently in my Popular Mechanics magazine....The brake squeaking is actually from the movement of the pad against the caliper during braking creating a harmonic squeal. Ceramic pads do help, but usually because they have a teflon spacer on the backside that isolates the pad from the caliper. This is why they make a grease for it as well, but teflon lasts a lot longer than the grease.

Actually, that is true, and its usually cheap pads that do not fit properly and cause a high speed chatter or squeal or the biggest cause not using brake lube or some form of anti squeal on the back of the pad. The ceramic pads do have less of a tendency to vibrate against the rotor.

I have never had one of my brake jobs squeal :D
