Why would you buy one for only a couple of weeks? It seems like you'd take a HUGE hit on depreciation doing that?![]()

I changed it. My brain thinks ahead of me before I type it out. Lack of sleep.![]()

Mine is an '85, lol.The classes will definitely help. I plan on taking one of the courses when my bike is running right, lol.
What year of Shadow? Brand new, or older?
They're definitely a solid bike, and even the 750s have decent power for highways and hills.

I am not sure on what year. I don't want one to expensive but one that is relatively up to date.
What year is yours?
Mid to late 2000s, they switched to fuel injection, I think.

Is that good or bad? Damn I knew I should've taken classes in automotive during high school and college.
Less finicky, anyways... No real maintenance required, as long as you don't let them get gunked up, lolMine is an '85, lol.The classes will definitely help. I plan on taking one of the courses when my bike is running right, lol.

you definitely want fuel injection. less maintenance, less finicky to ride.
Those are pretty! I didn't know they made a 400...
I'd see if you can lean/lift a 750, though.... Once you get used to that 400, you'll be wanting more power for the highway.
If you're only going to use it for city commuting, the 400 will be good.

I only liked te 400 because it was purple. [emoji38]
I will most likely use it to commute to the city. I will test drive a 750 though. Are those the heaviest? How much does a hog weigh?
