The first mod needs to be handlebar tassel's followed by ass-less chaps!

On a serious note, take the class. Find what you're comfortable with and enjoy the road.

That is the size I assumed you meant, and that would be good to start on.

I always love to see new riders!

There are many people out there that have their own hard and fast rules about it, but I think it is never too late. I got my first motorcycle at 7, and my first street bike at 18, so I might not be the right guy to ask about the down-side [emoji38]
There is no downside :D2

My 1100 is my first bike, and it's never had enough power for me, that's why I always suggest the biggest a person can physically handle/lift... That way you're not shopping for a second bike later on...

Though, owning more than one bike has its advantages, so either one makes a good starter bike, lol.

Comfort and safety comes before power, though.

Thanks for the help guys. I need to do more research and figure out what will fit me. Of course, everyone is against me buying one except for one friend who owns one.

My ass might look nice in ass-less chaps. [emoji14] Except for being uncomfortable though.
A good massage will help with that, lol.

;)

Harley's are nice, but you'll be spending twice as much, lol. You need to start testing them out, find what fits comfortable and what you can stand up.

Yeah, I don't want to spend twice as much right now. I still have to pay off my truck.:(
