No, replaced originals 6 years ago or so./ While they do last longer using DEXCOOL they still break down. My upper hose had some serious cracking internally in a spot

Well, I switched over to the green coolant about 10 years ago. I guess it would be a good idea to change out all of my hoses as well. I take it Rock Auto is the place to go?

That's where I got this last set, I always use Gates. I always compare to local. Usually RA has the better price if all the hoses ship from the same warehouse.
Todays rubber compounds are light years better than what we had 30 years ago. If you're running originals after 12 years or so, I'd think I'd be a changing them. You got your moneys worth.![]()
Do yuo still have the quick disconnects at the heater core? If so I'd replace those. One of mine was beginning to fail and crack. I re-used the OE ones at the first hose change. I just used the Dorman part to replace. You'll need the little disconnect tool to get them loose. You can also just put the hose directly to the heater core and clamp them.
Next thing fro me to tackle is a P0300. Only get it at highway speeds under hard acceleration at speeds over 75 or coasting throttle closed down a long hill etc....

I still use spring clamps at the radiator connections. Screw type seem to start weeping after a while due to the constant expansion and contraction of the plastic radiator tanks. Screw type everywhere else
There is one more hose from rad to reservoir, but I just buy bulk hose for it. I didn't replace it this time
