I have had my trusty V-Start since 1999. It has taken me everywhereI needed to go (and some paced I didn’t) with very little problems throughoutthe years. But I want something bigger and more comfortable. I have wanted a RoadStar for years. But Now I find myself eye balling Royal Stars pretty heavy. Ihave got to say, a full dresser sure does sound like the way to go now. Atfirst I planned on buying a wrecked bike and building what I want. But such aproject is a bit out of reach right now. I really need something turnkey. I amsaving and selling what I can to make this happen but it is not going to beover night. I want to get the right bike at the right time. It will most likelybe with me for a very long time. Just looking for some input or maybe some informationI had not thought of. I am looking for a model with a strong aftermarketsupport and relatively reasonable pricing when used with low mileage. Whatyears should I stay away from and what problems can I expect from the models Iam interested in. Your information does not have to be limited to Road or RoyalStars. Let me know if you now of another model that would do the job.
