I have no idea. We made the mount ourselves with some scrap steel . welded it all up and its good to go. the winch is a Warn. it works really well...but doesnt like bad connections or excessive mud buildup around it...but it keeps on ticking.

my brother is not very good at electrical wiring but somehow it works hahaha

Pictures or it didn't happen!

I converted my oil in my ATV to Amsoil. I don't know if it had anything to do with it but one of the guys on the trip had a new Polaris with 60 miles on it. He had factory oil. We started out with 160 miles on ours. Our fuel on both of our quads stayed 2 bars above his the entire trip, per the fuel gauge.

It mostly could be that his wasn't broken in...

Ill see if I can get some pics of it. Both of ours run hot just about every weekend we go out. Got them from 2 different dealers...still dont know why...:(

If we don't clean the mud out of the radiator each time we go, they can get warm.

We ran Carolina adventure world again today. No issues! I don't it to be poor design that the cooling fan sits between the engine and the radiator.

I would like to modify this issue if that's what it takes. It could be a faulty sensor though. Mine has thrown the HOT warning at me and I will pull over leaving the fan run. After a minute I start it up and it will pump cooler water through. The notification goes away and its food for the day.

When I was cleaning my machine the other day, I sprayed a decreased at the radiator and cleaned it really good. I ran cool all day.
