I would guess that the Swamp Lites would be better than the Carlisle tire that is on my ATV. From the factory it's not a bad combo but may as well be much softer, even for a ATV. They do have very similar tread patterns.

If I could have the ground clearance that the 26/11/14 will get me in comparison to the factory tires that are 25/10/12, they would stay on my 4 wheeler until needing replaced. Like any offroad place, the guys with the paddle tires can really rut out a mud hole.

I might give those Bighorns a try. My brother was running those Roctane's and other than the fact that they were put on at a local place to the Hatfield & McCoy trails, I don't think he ever got the tire pressure low enough for riding on the rocks. That said, there were wet rocks that he didn't feel comfortable crawling without a winch. Once he was through, I made it up those rocks with my stock tires!

I had a flat on one of the tires 30 miles from the camp site. We had it plugged and pumped within a few minutes but I would feel better without a plug in any of my tires.

Sorry, looked at the pic above and thought those Swamp Lites were on your ride.

Gotchya! Did your Teryx come with the Maxxis Bighorn tires? Are they rough riding or loud on compacted trails or roads?

It did but it's hard to tell over the sound of the motor on the roads. They aren't quiet, but how could they be? :)

I have the 2.0's, which would be great for a four-wheeler, but they are too soft for a side-by-side. I'd get the originals with the harder compound next time. On your ride, the 2.0's would be fine.

The one with the racks is mine, the other is my brothers, but they both have the same tires. Theyre 27" Interco swamp lites. stock susp, no lift needed and no rubbing. We went with those over the bighorns/STIs because we could price match the price and got them for a good price. So far they do really well, clean out super awesome.

my brother did snap a front axle...got it replaced for free under warranty!

I will get better pictures tomorrow or sometime this week.

The wheels are MSA Diesel Black 14"
The tires are EFX MotoClaw 27/10/14 all the way around.
