I only noticed a difference with my drilled and slotted rotors at very high speeds. But they did look good, and never had any cracking issues. I got them from r1 concepts and do highly recommend them for a cheap drilled and slotted rotor.

I would upgrade the pads. Non smoking ones. Maybe called E-pads??

I thinking of cross drilling my rims...... They need to stay cool too. :)

The reason I ask. My wife lives in north GA in the mountains.
There are some road where you have to stay on the brakes going down and they are smoking when at the end.
I figured getting the heat out with a set of cross dilled would be a good thing.


SOMEBODY ain't doing SOMETHING right....
If the little bitty mountains in Georgia makes her brakes smoke... you better not ever let her go to the Rockies or the Sierras....:crackup: :rollin:

Does she know how to DOWNSHIFT the transmission ??
That would help a lot to keep the brakes from getting so hot...
