You live next to Jim?

He's had that car a while. We did used to trade cars a lot, though..

There was a time period in the 80's that he was buying cars from auctions on 90 day or 6 month notes. Most of them were late model Cadillacs and Lincolns. He'd buy 'em cheap, drive 'em a while, and sell 'em for as much or more than what he paid for 'em..

I think some of the neighbors thought he might be a drug dealer, because so many cars rotated through the driveway for those few years...

EDIT :  I just realized you probably meant Zem..
And you still posted it?

... In that time period... I had a deal at the bank where they would let me buy a couple of cars at a time and put them on 6 month notes.
After 5 months or so... I would clean 'em up and resell them.

During that time, we had numerous Cadillacs, Lincolns, one El Dorado convertible, a V12 Jag XKE convertible, L82 Corvettes... and so on and so on...

The most I ever had on one was 250K. That was on a '74 Chevy Custom with a 350. It was still going strong when I sold it. I have 120,650 on my current truck.

Well the Silverado has 131k on it now and the jetta just rolled 246k miles this morning, of which I put 91k on, then there was the impala that I put about 10k on the entire time I owned it.
