I like the fact they might be throwing the LT-1 into the mix but I don't know if I like the turbo 6 to be the lesser of the engines.

I say if they put a turbo on the 3.6 that little engine can put out some power. Give it a good intake and exhaust setup and in a light vehicle it can be a little rocket.

Last I read it's supposed to be a twin-turbo ala ecoboost.

Dodge has done well with a 4 door Charger. 4 door cars sell at about 10 times the pace of 2 doors. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a 4 door. Makes zero difference in performance anyway.

I like coupes, but short of a really high-end driver's car or a small roadster, I'll probably never own another car without 4-doors. It's just so perfect to have performance and the ability to transport normal-sized human beings as well.

I wouldn't doubt the new GNX to come with a transversely-mounted V6 and AWD like the Opel Insignia OPC which is built in the same platform.
