I was looking at the one from the Shack becuase it is close and cheap. However, I checked out Sears and they have a huge slecetion in the price range I would prefer to stay in.

The one BigRed posted is nice, but I do not need that tester thing. I already have one. So the same thing with out it should be a little cheaper. Do any of the others on that page jump out for any of you?

I agree, that is why I am looking at the Sears stuff. I do not need the AC tester though. So I am thinking I can get that one he posted with out it for a little less.

What do they mean my 8 function and 20 range? They all seem to have a different number of functions and ranges.

Get the Craftsman one that I posted, take the voltage tester and wrap it as a Christmas present and give it to someone who needs it. Problem solved.

Damn. For that price you simply can't go too wrong. It should do the trick.
