Not quite. All sales figures include the Light Duty and HD trucks up to a 1 ton rating only. That means F150-F350 over at Ford.

The real point here is that the big three are kicking some serious ass in the full sized truck market - even after Toyota and Nissan spend zillions trying to break in and take over.
