Didn't get a chance to check that. I got a quote for the brakes and when they replace something, Whatever's next to it brakes. Estimated cost just to get it drivable now is over $3000 and growing. I'm in negotiations with the dealer now. Law suit city now....

I'm sorry to hear this has turned into such a pain for you.. :(

Good news.. After consulting a lawyer and telling the dealer I was suing them, they quickly decided to agree to my terms so to speak.

They get the their Avalanche back as is with no brakes.. I get the $5000 I put down on the vehicle, the exact amount I owe the finance company to pay them off completely, plus $300 towards the mechanic I got to look at the brakes..

And now I'm back looking for another ride. Two I found after a quick look. A 2005 duramax and a 2004 Avalanche. I'm not a fan of it stock but I seen one in north louisiana like it with a lift and tires and it was sweet!
