Anyone know what these buttons do? I know the middle two are for the heated seats and the front ones look like peddles but I don't know how to do it.. That position them?

I believe the ones numbered 1 and 2 are for the memory seats.

Push the front button and the pedals should move in one direction. Push the button right behind it and they should move in the other direction. 
I think you're right on the middle ones.. heated seats.
The buttons labeled 1 / 2 look like memory seats to me. I'm not sure about the one right above those two, though.

The one above the memory positions is for "easy exit" moves the seat backward and what not to make it easier to get out.
