bought both!
3/8" 5-45ft.lbs click type, made in England by NORBAR got it for 107$
1/2 30-150ft.lbs click type, made in slovenia (just under Austri) by UNIOR got it for 87$

the UNIOR is a pritty good tool company , i have alot of thire tools like the tool box i posted about in the NTT, and my uncle has some of them for more than 10 years and still work like new

also got a breaker bar 1/2 drive i think its 18" tall for 17$ its made in tiwan, i dont care about that , if it fails ,ill weld the head

i got a new set of sockets 12 point metric standerd depth for pritty cheap 26 pices for 32$ from KD tools USA

will post pics once i get them on the laptop

You get what you pay for. All depends on how much you plan to use them.My everyday tools are quality, and some of my once in awhile specialty tools are just that. An economy priced tool with warranty and free replacement ,your still money ahead then a cheap one time throw away tool.:)

those arent cheesy , i have them discounted the norbar sells for arround 150$
the unior i got directly from the dealer at near cost price, they sell them for 150$ too

as for the sockets, the shop had them from a long time , all thire goods are dusty and the shop looked like they were closing so that why they are cheap

i dont like low quality tools, or low quality any thing, some will give up on you on the job and youll pay twice the money and twice the truble, get it right the first time and call it a day

i was going to buy a snap on or mac or cdi but there was shipping all the way here will cost 50$ on each so thats too much
