The dealer is making a killing I wouldn't do it. Just my two cents.

I'm getting $20,500 for my truck (which is meh) but the other truck as a sticker of $41,000 and he went down to $30,000.

Holy crap! 41k for a 5.3 EC Z71. Is this an LTZ? Dang that is expensive!

Is there any actual reason for the change other than just "want"?

Isn't that the reason why we work so we can buy the stuff we want?

It's not the same thing. It's new, so you have never bought the SAME kind of shoes? The SAME kind of pants? The SAME kind of socks?

You guys just want to discourage him because he will have a new truck and you guys will still be stuck with the SAME old trucks.

I just think it is kinda odd for him to ask us if we would do it then wonder why none of us would do it.... except for crazy people who have been on a ship too long.

I just don't think saying "it's the same thing" is a relavent argument when the two trucks aren't nearly the same thing.

They're both 5.3 Z71s... You're NOT buying it for the 6-speed transmission... So what are the other differences? There's a levelling kit, yes... But what else?
