Would automotive swamp-coolers have a good marketing perspective back there?

They have a Porta-Cool swamp cooler here at work that they use in the boat service bays. Its more trouble than its worth. Bitch leaks everywhere, and it only cools the air 5-10 degrees cooler at the MOST. So when its 100+ degrees out there, its pointless. You are just pissing in the wind. They would maybe get more than 10 degrees cooler if it wasn't 85+% humidity here.

I was looking at some residential swamp coolers which also had a heating function, which is absent in these automotive ones.
