Different taillights, for sure.. I'm just not diggin' those..
No Monster Energy sticker in the back window..
Personally, I kind of like the steps, because they're not like everyone else's. So, I'd probably leave them..
I'm not real big on PTM "everything," so I'd probably leave the handles and other chromed-plastic accessories alone..
I'm also not real big on the thin-barred billet grilles like that, so I'd probably look for some sort of alternative.. Maybe a Harley grille..?

I kinda like the look. I'd second the PTM handles and something with the bull bar. I kinda like the steps with the personality of the truck.

lose the stickers, tint the CHMSL, and debadge all except the tailgate oval (leaves an indention), maybe change the grille insert

You can't debadge our trucks, there are holes behind all the badges for "alignment"
I'd go with some different steps (preferably colormatched or black), lose the bull bar for either something like this, or for nothing.
I'd also get some Harley Davidson tail lights, colormatch the handles, pull off the FX4 sticker, and either raise up the tips, or just dump the exhaust right after the axle. Colormatched miror caps would also look awesome.
It's not far from being a really good looking truck, it just has way too many accessories for me. I think the front end would look awesome without the bull bar.
