Nick do you work for amsoil?(okay just saw your sig im dumb)

I really want to just order everything at once and bust it all out in 1 day. Yes it is a 2wd and im just doing the drop pan and filter change, do you think I should do a full swap on the tranny, the tranny fluid is 103k old never changed before.

windber is actually pretty close to me about an hour.

if i were to buy everything at once it would be 140 bucks. the tranny fluid turned out to be 10 bucks cheaper than royal purple. I didnt look into motor oil but everyone was loving amsoil so I figured I was going to go that route. I had no clue as to what direction to head for the rear diff

I'm pretty sure the Joshua's truck is a 2wd since the 4.3 isn't offered in a 4wd.
The 4.3L was offered with 4wd before. Buddy in HS had an '03 4x4 RCSB with a 4.3L, and it was dead slow unsurprisingly.

Ouch, a 4.3L with 4wd. Better only be in RCSB.

Good to know.

I've only ever seen it in RCSB :dunno:

Either way, Joshua should have the same diff as me... The 10 bolt 8.5" (or 8.625")

If the fluid has never been done, you might as well spend an extra $10 on a new diff gasket
