Michelin LTX A/T 245/75R15 Load range E. They are just awesome! Unfortunately, some genius at Michelin decided to drop the line up so when these wear out I will be looking at alternates.
My boss has the toyo open country A/T's on his Tundra. He said they wear well, but arent worth a crap in mud. His truck was sliding on a muddy dirt road (not really even OFF road). He said once the tread fills with mud, they're useless. And it doesn't snow here, so I couldn't tell you how they do in snow
I have Good year Wranglers on my burban (not sure exactly which wranglers). They arent a true A/T tire, (as I have a 2wd) but have served me well ever since I bought them 2 1/2 years ago. They are only maybe 40-45% worn. I've driven many many dirt and gravel roads with them with no problems. Even been thru a lil mud, nothing major. But my wife managed to get it stuck up to the rockers in some really sandy dirt out at our hunting lease. It was some sand they had along the edge of a gas well . She decided to drive off the road into the well site and drove pretty close to the tree line, cuz she said she was "lookin for deer tracks". Next thing she knew, the tires were spinnin. By the time I got back to the truck, it was up the the rockers from the rear doors on back. We had to dig around it just to get it out. We actually ended up pullin out with 2 ATV's, my grizzly, and my father in law's kawasaki brute force. We tied the atv's each to a tree and put a winch cable on each frame rail under the front bumper. Each bike has a warn 2500lb winch. Both winches pulling at the same time, plus my wife hittin the gas managed to get that big green monster out the dirt.
I had the Goodyear Wranglers on my rig when it was new.At 36000km I turfed them for the Michelin LTX series. The Michelin's changed the whole ride experience of my truck for the better.
