What is a good tire cleaner?

Are you using a scrub brush on the tire after spraying with Simple Green? Looks like a bunch of build up.

Post some good before and after shots once you try the stuff Jarrod is sending you. I'm looking for something myself.

Currently I just use the left over soap water and a brush. It does an OK job but I know there is something out there that does better.

I'm sure Jarrod will send you some APC. Until I tried it, I always thought Simple Green or Purple Power worked the best. APC blows them both away. The stuff is amazing. It can clean just about anything, and its probably the strongest degreaser I have ever used. I have even used it to clean my kitchen stove.
