What in the hell is Lexus doing?

Lexus and Acura designs have both gone to crap but the new Lexus design definitely got hit with the ugly stick.

I also think Lexus is crap. We've had a few Lexus vehicles and the quality progressively became worse and worse. The last straw was with our '06 GS. It was such a piece of shit that I vowed to never own another Lexus again...or any Toyota product for that matter. It had more issues (rattled like crazy, bumper paint didn't match, could never get it aligned, runs in the paint, etc) than any vehicle we have ever owned. I took our issues all the way up to corporate and still didn't get any resolution. Not the service I expect when I drop $60k on a car. Some may say we just had bad luck but I have several friends with similar quality issues and won't go back to Lexus.

Lexus was good up until 2004. After that, quality & fit/finish has been a joke.

I moved over to the Germans and haven't looked back.

Acura is making uglier cars then Lexus at the moment. It's a shame too, Acura was building really good looking cars a few years back.

Germans know how to make a long-lasting fuel-saver engine and good interior trims.
