Nothing for about 3wks. Need to drive it this weekend.
If you go LT's, why go cat-back from GM? You're going to have to hack it up to fit. Get the Corsa muffler and have the pipes done custom. Save some cash!
It's going to get hacked up anyway to keep the cats in there
I'll have to go youtube some sound clips of the Corsa...
The muffler setup isn't set in stone yet... But the LT's and y-pipe are![]()
That was my point. $650 for a muffler and some tubing is pretty steep is all. Hell, you could run dual mufflers for less.

Just ordered some new headlight sockets, door pins and bushings, door lock cylinder, and wiper pulse board all for the ZR2. The headlight sockets are for when I do all my wiring for the HID's (it'll be the exact same setup as what I did in the Z71). The pins and bushings are mostly for the driver's door, but I ordered enough to do both...figured why not. The door lock cylinder is to replace the one in the driver's door that doesn't work; hopefully it can be re-keyed to match the original key that still operates the ignition and passenger door. As for the wiper pulse board, the wipers would randomly not work (like on my drive home from buying it) and then work just fine the next time (could be a few minutes to a day later).
Cool! Then I can fix the issue on both trucks! I ordered 2 boards because the Z71 did it to me a few times now too.Just ordered some new headlight sockets, door pins and bushings, door lock cylinder, and wiper pulse board all for the ZR2. The wiper issue is a cold solder joint on the board
Today, I installed the rear passenger side brake shoes...
Also, I put the Michelin's on the front of the truck, and the factory tires on the rear... Getting ready for buying new tires at the end of the month.
Got it aligned.Even with the lift & big tires it drives nice and straight![]()
