Sold it. Just went to Western Union and picked up the total amount plus and extra 1500. Now it just needs to get out of the shop so I can haul it down there.

Hauled some dressers home from town, now getting ready to haul the trash.

We have been looking for a new dresser or chest of drawers for my oldest daughter's room for a while (she had a drawer front break on the cheap-o particle board one she had). Didn't want to buy junk (again), so I have been keeping an eye on craigslist and the local papers for a while. Every time I saw something decent it was either sold before I got there or they wanted too much for it. This morning, my Mom called and said she had stopped at a yard sale and they had a dresser and chest of drawers, and she had talked them down to $80 if I wanted them.

I ran in and looked at them and immediately picked them up. They are solid wood (looks like cherry), Ethan Allen, dovetail joints, pretty good condition. The dresser is a 6-drawer about 3 feet wide, with the top 3 a little narrower than the bottom 3. The chest is 4 drawers, about 4 feet wide. They are not perfect, but are very solid, and for a kids room, they are great!

Sorry, just thought I would brag a little about my (Mom's) find!

Well, I'm sure not going to sell mine. It does seem like the normal thing to do around here as of late. :dunno:

We should tally up all the people who have sold their truck in the past few months.

Well, go ahead if you want to. Probably be easier to start a thread asking who all has sold their trucks.
I'd be lost without one. Cars are to hard to get in and out of, and besides that, I need a truck for work.

I'll always have at least one truck.

Who all has sold their trucks? (I see that Jon just did)

I'll hopefully eventually be selling my current S10 to get another one with 4wd, but I'm not selling it until I buy another one.

Went and saw the Silverado again in the garage. Had to check a bulb size/socket. I put in an order for LED's from SuperBrightLEDs.com for all the interior bulbs (dash, gauges, and courtesy/dome lights) to go along with the Escalade cluster I just got.
