Changed the distributor cap and rotor... Can't do the o2 sensors... Need to buy a 22mm wrench.
I know AutoZone sells a "O2 sensor wrench". Its basically a large pipe/line wrench (you know that is 300* of wrench with a slit for the wire to go through). I think they also sell a socket just like it.Changed the distributor cap and rotor... Can't do the o2 sensors... Need to buy a 22mm wrench.

Yeah, I think I used a 22mm when I replaced one of mine. I had to use the open-end because the plug (4 pins in a row, not the square one) wouldn't fit through the box-end.I know AutoZone sells a "O2 sensor wrench". We don't have Autozone here...
And 22mm is more than enough to clear the connector
A regular 22mm wrench is going to be cheaper and actually useable on other parts of the truck![]()

Wait, don't the S-series have 3 total (1 on each side after the header, and 1 post-cat)?I'm changing 3 of them...
Two new ones going in before the cat, and one of the pre-cat ones is going after the cat
There was a noticable performance difference with my new cap + rotor![]()
.Drove it to take the wife to work, then went to the bank.

Gotta go figure out how to remove the ECM. Looks like I need to remove 3 screws to get the bracket out that holds it. This is really stupid since the Silverado was just move a big metal strap/clip and slide it out.

Shouldn't be too bad, just be very careful
