Today, I filled the back of the S10 up with leaves 3 times and hauled them to the recyclers.
I helped a friend do brakes on a '73 3/4 ton (front & rear). I've never seen or worked on a 14-bolt Semi-Float. Interesting to see and how they are put together.

Mine's a diesel, and we've been getting night time temps in the 30's, so it's definitely time for winter blend on mine. Still, that shouldn't affect the mileage the way it has. About all I can think of is that I did spend a few hours idling it since the last fill up, so that's probably the reason.

Drove it to work, and cleaned it out afterwards all my hunting stuff was taking over!
Loaded the front diff from the '06 up in the back of it, along with some tools and consumables.
Took the kiddo around town for trick or treat. Then drove to Houston for work.
