Priced out shocks... $385.20 for Monroe Sensa-traks...
No local KYB sellers...
Summit Racing has 4 KYB Gas-a-just shocks AND a flaming river u-joint (to get rid of the rag joint) for $235 US before shipping
That's $250 Canadian... Shipping is another $50 - 60... So it's STILL cheaper than 4 shocks here...
And those weren't even top of the line Monroe shocks
You might want to consider Bilsteins.
Which are generally more expensive than either one
My dads old Suburban was nice with the Bilsteins... But I have to watch my budget... And try something new
Anything is an upgrade over the basic AC Delco brand shocks
Have you checked prices on the Bilsteins? You might be surprised. I installed a full set on my GMC a few months ago for a lot less than I expected. About $70 per shock, with free shipping.
$43 each for the front shocks and $40 each for the rears with the KYB's...
And there will never be free shipping to Canada
Neither Summit Racing or Jegs carry Bilsteins
Ah well... I just looked 'em up and it seems Bilstein doesn't make any for an '05 Blazer.

Found 'em... List is about $130 each, which means you should be able to find 'em for under $100, probably around $80

Drove it to work today, but yesterday I washed it and waxed part of it. I had the chrome part of my rearview mirrors painted so I waxed them since it has been two months since they were painted.

Washed it and took pictures of it with McDiver...
Pads and rotors all the way around. Painted the hats black.

That and they're twice the price of the shocks I have in my Summit shopping cart
