I need one as well. There is an empty lot beside my house that I'm trying to get. So many liens, and back taxes on it, that the city won't discuss it. I'll just keep on mowing it, and keep it nice. I was told that after 5 years of doing so, I should be able to pick it up cheap.

I need to go drive it...the remote start wouldn't start it, so I think the battery is low or dead...I need to figure that out as well.

Well last night I put the 2" ball on my pintle hitch so I could latch in my recovery strap. I pulled 3 cars out of the ditch last night... Only got $20...
You probably could make a few bucks up here in Richmond! We're getting hammered!
