Just noticed while eating lunch in it yesterday the headliner is starting to fall above the driver & passenger seat

Probably the best and easiest way to fix that is just take it to an upholstery shop...
Let them put new cloth on it...

Thought about that,we have a few shops around our parts warehouse.Looking at the roof of the Burb it's a long way from front to rear,can't be cheap to fix

Yep... it is a long way....
and the hard piece of cardboard will be hard to get out by yourself without breaking it..
Don't ask how I know that....
