Smelt hot brakes.....left rear on S10

Just put new pads & rotors on, along with new parking brake shoes and freed them up last summer (then my park brake pedal broke and won't stay down now). I'm certain the rotor will have blue-ing.... Hoping I can track down where I bought the caliper (AutoZone or O'Reilly) if that's the problem, and will see if they'll cover the pads & rotor since their caliper failed (long shot, but we'll see).
