A truck where you could get 4X4, a V-8 and a manual transmission. I also liked the powertrain of the trail blazer, That inline 6 was smooth. I would like to see one that was turbo charged.

The straight-6s are nice. Unfortunately not too popular anymore, but still seem to be better balanced than a comparable V6...

Theres definitely times I wish my truck had a manual tranny but other times its so nice to just put it in drive and forget about it.

I do miss driving a stick though, my last daily driver had one and so did the Mustang I sold a few months back.

Okay, it was never actually a production vehicle, but that was one badass truck.

I haven't seen anything quite that weird since they cleaned up Times Square and I quit drinking.

The manual transmission.
:werd: I take it you like the 5spd in your :quote: son's :quote: GMT400.

Why does everyone want the 2dr Tahoe back? I didn't think that did so well, but that just may be because I hardly see them. That GMT800 one looks horrible! The GMT900 looks pretty nice though.

The GMC Cyclone/Typhoon would be cool to see again, but then they'd have to bring back the S10 too...which I'd totally be for. Also, an equivalent of a 454SS truck would be awesome!! Maybe an S/C 6.2L or an 8.1L (if they're still making it). The Monte Carlo would be cool too, but only as a RWD 2dr that was the size of a boat. However, that would take away from the Corvette.

I'm not a huge fan of the modern takes on a few of the cars. I'd kinda rather remember them for what they were and not think of them as a potentially bad re-make.

The 8.1L is still made at least for industrial and marine applications. But nowadays a smaller engine with forced induction would be the most reasonable option to overcome EPA/CAFE regulations...

Even just an RCSB with a direct injection 6.2L would be freaking sweet... With a 6 speed manual
