One small to medium bag, and I am good for at least a week...
Darling Wife needs two to three larger bags, plus the suitcase sized purse, and a couple of extra pairs of shoes, plus enough clothes for a month... even if you are only going for a weekend... and on and on and on....
It takes a darn hour to load the car just for a weekend....

Sometimes I tell the wifey that if we'd take 1/2 the clothes and 2x the cash instead, we'd be better off....

It's 120 in mine now...but I haven't gone that fast lately...certainly not with the wifey along anyways....

But if you haven't had "THE LOOK" directed you way lately... maybe you are overdue??

I get "THE LOOK" plenty of times w/o her along ... especially when the boys rat the ol' man out and tell her "Dad laid a patch of rubber with the truck when we got on the old farm to market road..."

....You need to train them boys better than that...
At the least, make them understand, that if they keep rattin' you out... you are gonna quit doing it when they are with you ...
