Well this thread is now a huge fail thread. I will proclaim it. Turns out the thing was way worse than described. It was a 1998 Land Rover Discovery. I new it did not run but there was a lot more to it than that. The floor boards were starting to rot out, the whole interior was moldy because the moon roof leaks and it only starts every once in a while. I am not into LR enough to do anything with it. The search continues.
It looked like this except the right side had been hit. It had a broken mirror and head light. It was also covered in Pine Needles.

Big time. I was prepared for the non running issue but not the destroyed interior and rotted floors.
