Looking better every step!

I finally found that picture of mine from 1982.

That bike is sweet JIM. I love the front wheel. I wish mine looked like that.

Sweet.......

How does it run... I know my 750 would fuggin get it.. It was the meanest 750 ive had... It would eat up my old yamaha 750 tri-cylinder.. And 650 hondas..

It runs but not the best. It is gutless. I'm not very happy. I am going to call the shop tomorrow and ask if they sinked the carbs. It coughs and sputters below 2000 rpm and stumbles every once and a while. It is rideable but this thing should go like a raped ape.

Thats weird ... That 750 of mine.. Would pretty much get with it.. When i bought it all the intakes books were shot.. Leaking air and not running very well... popping and snapping... And it would still scare the crap out of you..

Start the bike up and let it run forawhile... idleing..... And then get some thing that you can spray on each header pipe... And it will tell you which cylinder is not firing correctly on.. You will see a big heat difference ... Or if you have a Temp lazer

So I was stilling running a little rich. I hated the cheap pod filters I put on the bike so I decided to put some better high FLow filters on. I went with Uni-Pod Foam filters. I know a few guys that run them and love them. They are serviceable and half the price of K&N's.

Here are the crappy old filters

Comparison of the air filtering surface area. The inside view is where you can really see the difference.

The bike has more top end power with the new filters and it idles smoother. I am very happy with them.

I dropped the pipes off last night to be ceramic coated. The guy said I should have them back by saturday.
