You should get it out nick. I have a deep love for bikes from the 80's. They are so easy to ride and maintain.

I will eventually. The problem is right now I don't have a place to keep it (we live in an apartment). I don't want to have it sit outside. But this should change this summer

I like that era of bike too. My dad has a 78 Honda CX500, which is real similiar. Mine is a Honda GL500 Silverwing Looks a lot like this one

It came with the fairing and bags and everything. I think most of that would come off though . . .

My buddy had that same bike. That is so sweet! He has a CX with the same engine. They are strong runners. I know he has close to 100K on his.

I don't know how many miles my dad has on his CX500. It's a 78 and he bought it in the early 80's. But it sat for 10 years or so without being winterized. So the gas went bad and the tank got rusty. And was hard on the carbs too. He has it running now, but it's not quite the same.

Just talked to the shop. I am going to pick the bike up at 1 with a new set of tires, rebuilt cards and inspection sticker.

Just rhode the bike home. Still have some bugs to work out but it rhode good. It still needs help in the looks department but I am going to work on that over the summer.
