Well the beast lives. It is running but the carbs need to be gone through. I thought they would but I figured I might as well try to run it. I'm gonna bring it over to a local shop tomorrow.

Dropped it off at the shop today. The needles and seats are all worn. When you turn the fuel on gas runs out the air cleaners of 2 carbs. Probably wont get it back till the end of next week. In the mean time I am collecting the parts i need for it to take a sticker.

Seems like you'll have a long way to make it run perfectly... But I believe it worths, because not everybody have a classic motorcycle to run on the weekends...

Hey tyler... Tell them to check the intake boots also.. They are known to get brittle and get stress cracks... And they will give you fits.. I had a problem with mine for along time.. i could not figure it out... I found it on accident ...

And as soon as everything gets settled down here i ship that stuff to ya...

Cool. The boots looked pretty good when I pulled the carbs off. I was surprised.

I check every other day or so. All they have is left side covers. Thats why its so frustrating!
