Looks like a home depot special.. What is it a 42" or 48"

42". DEFINITELY not a commercial machine (or from Home Depot), but the quality, and blade speed impressed me. It's still overkill for our 1/2 acre lot. Not really sure why my Dad decided on it, but I'm not arguing. I cut everything in about 20 minutes today, which is half of what it used to take.

I still like the 60" Hustler at work better. :D2

Yeah I used to like the Hustlers but they have always had a problem with the hydro pumps... It would be one thing if you could repair them but 99% of the time you have to replace the entire system and it gets pretty pricey!

I love my 54" John Deere Z-turn mower... Its not the biggest of commercial mowers but out of all the ones that I have been on I like it the most... Especially the way you adjust the deck height... Push the pedal all the way forward and spin a Dial to the desired height...

If I got a 60" I would get another JD or a Bobcat...

Yeah we just had some sort of clutch go bad on the Hustler a month or so ago (not sure exactly what, I didn't work on it), but the thing only gets about 8-10 hours/week put on it, less now that we have a second shitty Z to cut the muddy fields (60" Bad Boy Z ). So far the hydros have been good.

I'm a fan of our Bob Cat walk-behind, the thing is a TANK, but I've never used one of their Zs.
