Have you inspected the rear axle for the stud retaining clips? They have been know to cause issues.

If there is that much damage, I would suspect the tire to have cord damage as well, might want to check it out really well.

I was going to say tires out of balance. But I see you've done that. When they balance them do they use a road force type balancer? Or just a normal one? The road force one does a better job. What it does is put some force on the tread of the tire while it balances them. The local tire place in town has one.

Those road force balancing systems rock. It will also determine the weakest part of the wheel and will guide you how to exactly mount the tire. It raises the quality of a balanced tire by at least 30-40% over older methods.

My truck has a bad shake at 65mph-75mph and i feel sort of like a bump like something is loose or the engine is missing. Motor runs and sounds good at every other speed and the ride is smooth as I could ever expect it to be at other speeds. This morning my brakes made a little noise and started grinding so I'm about to change the rotors and pads. What you guys think? Could the shake be a warped rotor or result of crappy brakes? Would a u joint or any other problem make it shake only at that mph?
