Well remind me not to buy one of those pesky GMT900's then.
My truck does this as well every once and awhile. However, I do not think it's the slip yoke causing this. There is no clunking when this happens, but the RPM's go up by about a couple hundred or so making it want to lunge forward. It's intermittent so I haven't taken it to the dealer yet.

E-fans for 1500's I think the HD's still had mechanical.I just thought of something....far left field.....
Do yall have a mechanical fan for the radiator..or are all 900's electrically fan cooled.
